No, I am not the late Tom Wolfe, author of such timeless classics as The Bonfire Of The Vanities and The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test.

What about the other Tom Wolfe, are you him?

No, I’m also not Tom Wolfe, music supervisor for film and TV such as Donnie Darko, Love and Goliath. If you send me music to consider for placement, I assure you it won’t get placed.

I’ve bought one of your soundbanks, and now I’d like one of your collections. Can I upgrade?

Of course! If you’ve purchased one or more of my soundbanks or preset packs, and now would like to upgrade to a collection which includes these sounds, you shouldn’t have to pay again! Send me a message via the Upgrades page and include your name and previous order numbers, and I’ll get back to you with your upgrade price!

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! I believe that you have the right to be completely satisfied by a product you purchase. Therefore, if you’re not happy with any of my products, then message me via the returns page with your name and order number, and I’ll issue you a refund, no questions asked!

I’ve just tried to download my products, but it says the download link has expired. What gives?

Due to the nature of Collections, with new products being added and the price changing very regularly, the download links are set to expire after 7 days. But don’t panic! I would never make you pay again for something you’ve already paid for. Just drop me a message using the contact form, and I’ll add a new download link to your account!

I have purchased a product in the past, but it’s not available to download in my user account. Why?

If you purchased any products before 1st April 2020, then you may find that your products aren’t available to download in the user area. This is because I changed store providers, and some the past purchases haven’t synced with new accounts. If this is the case, just drop me an email using the contact form, and I’ll place the downloads in your account!

I purchased one of your products, but I haven’t received a download link yet. When will it arrive?

Download links should arrive very quickly. Be sure to check your junk folders, and if it still doesn’t arrive within an hour then send me a message via the contact form and I’ll be happy to resend the links.

I followed the installation instructions to the letter, but the patches won’t load, or I get an error message. What should I do?

Check that you have the correct version of the software installed. You can find the minimum required version on the product pages. If the issue persists, please get in touch and I can help you!
