Residual anonymous and aggregate information, which does not identify you, may be stored indefinitely.
5. User Accounts
Purchasing a product on our store requires the creation of a user account. These accounts are used to allow access to downloadable products and to maintain product support.
When creating an account, you will be required to set up a password. This password is encrypted and we do not have access to it.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will set cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out, login cookies will be removed.
6. Comments and Reviews
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies will last for one year.
We also use Reviews.io to collect customer feedback on our products and service. When a purchase is made, your name and email address are shared with Reviews.io so that they can contact you on our behalf to request a review. You can read their privacy policy on their website.

8. Payment Processing
In order to process payments, we use PayPal and Revolut to act on our behalf. Payments are processed directly by these third-party gateways, and we do not personally collect, store, or have access to any card details or payment information. We fully comply with PayPal and Revolut’s terms of service. You can view their respective privacy policies on their websites.
You may also choose to store payment information with your account to make purchasing further products easier. This information is collected and safely encrypted by our payment providers. We do not have access to any payment information stored with them.
9. Third-Party Services
We do not share any personal data with third parties except as described in this policy. We use the following third-party services:
WordPress & WooCommerce
This site uses WordPress and WooCommerce to provide store and website functionality. Occasionally, access may be given to WooCommerce and other third-party companies for the purposes of maintenance and diagnostics.
PayPal & Revolut
Used for payment processing. We do not collect or store any payment information. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details of how they handle your data.
Stripe (Historical)
Until December 2024, we used Stripe as a payment processor. We no longer use Stripe for new transactions; however, Stripe may still retain data relating to past transactions in accordance with their own data retention policies. Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list. If you would no longer like to receive newsletters from us, please contact us so we can remove you from the list and erase your data. You can read their privacy policy on their website.
Freshdesk
In order to provide aftercare and support, we use Freshdesk. If you contact Tom Wolfe Presets support, Freshdesk will collect your name, email address and any other data you provide in order for us to deal with your support request. You can view their privacy policy on their website.
Anthropic (Claude)
We use Anthropic’s Claude AI service to assist with administrative tasks, website maintenance, and processing of order and sales data. Where this involves your personal information (such as order details), this data is processed by Anthropic acting as a data processor on our behalf, under their Data Processing Addendum. Anthropic does not use this data to train their AI models, and operational data is automatically deleted after 7 days. Reviews.io
In order to gain feedback on our products and customer service, we have instructed Reviews.io to collect the names and email addresses of our customers to obtain feedback. You can read their privacy policy on their website.
SplitHero
We use SplitHero to carry out A/B testing on our website, allowing us to test different versions of pages and content in order to optimise the user experience. SplitHero uses cookies and collects data on user behaviour, including page interactions, in order to measure the performance of each variation. Hotjar
We use Hotjar on our website to better understand how users interact with our services and to optimise the user experience. Hotjar uses first-party cookies and other technologies to collect data on user behaviour and devices on our behalf. This may include online identifiers (e.g. IP address, user ID), identification data (e.g. name and email address, only where explicitly collected), technical data (e.g. device type, browser information), geographic location (country only), and behavioural data (e.g. clicks, taps, scrolls). We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and activity. Information provided by this service does not allow identification of any individuals. You can access Google’s privacy policy on their website.
